We have dedicated furnished offices for lease ranging from 80 sq ft (good for 2 people) up to 136 sq ft (good for 4 people).
All offices include 24 hr access and all membership perks. Dedicated Desks include 24/7 access.

Memberships
Memberships are $75 for one person but bulk pricing is available. Memberships include access to the common areas Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm. Perks include free coffee, black and white printing, and snacks. Memberships also include 2 hours of conference room use.
Day Passes
Day passes are available for those who want to try our space or who only need a place to work occasionally.

Common areas include:

Conference Rooms:
- The Booth, seats 2-3 people. Perfect for phone calls and small meetings.
- The Conference Room, seats 6-8. Perfect for larger meetings and small workshops.
